SHENZHEN VOA FOR FILIPINOS

I am from Philippines and hong kong is in my bucket list for new year vacay but want to visit china via ShenZhen VOA,is it possible for me and my family to avail it at the border?

It's not guaranteed that you can get the VOA. There is a risk of being rejected for Filipinos. You can apply for a tourist visa at HK visa center to ensure the trip.
