About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

PVG T2 to Hongqiao Railway Station

Hi, I will be arriving PVG T2 at 1415 on a Sunday, and will be taking the HSR from Hongqiao Railway Station to Hangzhou. Could you please advise if I would make it to the train station (by cab) to catch the 1752 train?

After clearing immigration and collecting checked luggage, I will also need to purchase a sim card. Any suggestion on how much time I should allocate for that? If I book a cab using Didi, do I have to walk far to the waiting area? I am hoping to reach the train station by 1700, please advise if this is feasible with the traffic condition on Sunday afternoon. Thank you!

You should have enough time to take a cab to the train station before 17:00. The sim card may cost CNY 150-500 for different packages. Since Pudong Airport is large, so it may take 20min or so to the taxi point or online car-hailing point.
