About:How to Travel from Hong Kong to Shenzhen

Travelling from HK to Shenzen

I want to do a 1-day trip from Hong Kong to Shenzen. Do I need to get a visa to enter Shenzen and do I get this visa on arrival in Shenzen or do I need to apply for this before boarding the high speed train somewhere in HK? I have a passport from the Netherlands.

People from Netherlands can enter China visa free and stay for at most 15 days. You don't need the visa on arrival, just show your tickets to leave China within 15 days and hotel reservation to the immigration staff of Mainland China at West Kowloon.
