International transfer with separate tickets

hi, Am traveling to Dubai through PEK from Mongolia, but my tickets are issued separately as i directly purchased tickets from MIAT (Mongolia airline to Beijing) and Emirates. is it possible to get my next ticket from TRansfer desk at Beijing airport as am arriving at 7ish PM? do i need to go through customs and re check-ins to Dubai? or just can go through International Transfer?
