No, this is not a valid itinerary.
As you can see, you have a segment:
Hong Kong - Guangzhou - Hong Kong
This is just a round trip and not a transit in mainland China. The basic rule of 144 hour visa free transit clearly requires that the immediate points before and after your mainland Chinese stop have to be in two different countries or eligible territories (eligible territories are Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau). Your immediate point before and after a mainland Chinese stop is one and the same - Hong Kong and that is not allowed.
So, if you proceed with this travel itinerary you will have to obtain a Chinese visa in advance or you can alter/adapt your itinerary to be eligible for 144 hour visa free transit, if you can, of course. The way to alter it is to introduce a different point than Hong Kong and here I suggest you to use nearby Macau.
You can enter to Guangzhou from Hong Kong by plane from Hong Kong, but after your stay in Guangdong province, you should take a ferry from Shekou port in Shenzhen to Macau. In order to do that, you will buy your ferry ticket through TurboJet website and pint it out. You will have that printout at hand, ready to be presented to all it whom may concern. You have to be aware that you will have to take exactly that ferry you have bought your ticket for. When you reach Macau, you are free to return back to Hong Kong. Have a nice journey.
