Beijing Yikatong Physical Card Purchase.

Can i purchase the Beijing Yikatong card at Beixinjiao?

As I know, foreigners should go to the Dongzhimen service center on 1F of the Dongzhimen transportation hub to buy the bus.

You mean Beixinqiao Station, transfer station between Line 5 and Capital Airport Line?

There are two service desks at Line 5 and one in Airport Line. They may sell you a card. It is Chinese Central and Beijing City government policy to improve foreign travellers experience in China for more travellers to come.
