My flight is arriving to Beijing (PEK) T3 at 4:10am and my connecting flight is at 6:30am from T2. The shuttle bus operates only from 6:00am. Could anyone tell me how to get there in time?

The shuttle bus operates 24 hours with an interval of 10-15min. You can take it to T2 in the early morning.

Is it faster than taking the airport train from T3 to T2?Thank you

I don't think so. The train also takes 30min considering you need to walk to the station.
