About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Connection Time in Beijing PEK

Hello, they just changed my flight schedule, reducing the connection time in Beijing. My flight is Shanghai Hongqiao-Rome Fiumicino FCO with a stopover in Beijing PEK. Both flights are operated by AIR CHINA. I take off from Shanghai at 9:40 a.m. and land at PEK Terminal 3 at 11:50 a.m. The next flight to Rome departs from Terminal 3 at 1:25 p.m. Do I have enough time? What checks do I need to go through? Do I need to collect my baggage? I have a single ticket for both legs.

You need to confirm with Air China if they provide lugagge check through service and you need to go through the safety check and check in the interantional flight and take the transfer train to the next boarding gate. The schedule is really tight for you even though your luggage is checked through.
