About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Connection flight CA966 to CA1704/ can not run/ any support at airport

Hello, I will arrive with CA966 from Frankfurt, planned at 05:45 arrival and should catch the flight CA1704 to Hangzhou at 07:30 departure. Unluckily I heard my leg and can not run or walk fast. Is there any support at the airport that I have the chance to catch the connection flight? Will the baggage be checked through?

The transit time is enough if your luggage is checked through (and you need to confirm that with the airlines), even if you walk slowly. There are wheelchairs and you can borrow one from the passenger service center and and you can also ask for the staff's accompanying, they would help push your wheelchair.

The Transistoren was not enough. There was no Support at the airport. Askese for it, but it was rejected. Had to run with my hurt food and made it more bad. Reichen the gate short before departure. Expected at least minor Support or allows to use fast lang, that I need not to run. But all rejected.
