About:Shanghai Metro Ticket

Refund unused amount in metro cardw

If there's any amount left in tye public transport card and I'm leaving the country. Can I get it encashed? If yes, to what limit the amount will be encashed?

If the refund is no more than CNY 100, you can get the refund on the self-service machine. If more than CNY 100, you can go the service center at metro stations and there may be a service charge.
