Request Unuse Octopus Card Balance At Airport At 7AM

My Flight Is At 9AM, I Will Be Take A21 Bus To Airport Then Estimated Arrival Time Is Around 7AM, So Is The Octopus Customer Counter Already Open? Because I Want To Request For The Unuse Card Balance.

Yes, it usually opens from 06:00 - 23:00.
