Sunarsih, you have to be very careful. You should know that as Indonesian citizen you do not need a visa to visit Hong Kong and Macau. So, you should make an itinerary that will make you enter mainland China just once because when you exit to Hong Kong or to Macau from mainland China your one entry visa is consumed.
Probably the best itinerary would be to arrive first at either Hong Kong or Macau, to explore those two Chinese territories and then to enter mainland China in order to explore the area of Guangdong province where many cities are located like Shenzhen and Guangzhou.
You can fly out from China directly to Indonesia or you can exit from mainland China to either Macau or Hong Kong and fly from there to Indonesia.
In the case if you have flights in and from Guangzhou and you want to exit to Macau or Hong Kong, you can only return to Shenzhen once you have exited mainland China by applying for a 5 days Shenzhen visa on arrival, but you cannot return to Guangzhou, so be very careful how will you create your itinerary.
