About:China Visa on Arrival

Visa in Macau or Zhuhai

I’m planning to visit Macau and Zhuhai for 2 or 3 days.
I will apply for an S.E.Z visa in Macau. However, I heard there is a limit to the number of people, so it's not necessarily possible to get it. In that case, can I apply for an S.E.Z visa in Zhuhai? Do they also have limitations?

Lily, to simplify... If you want to visit Zhuhai, you will have to apply for a Zhuhai 3 days visa on arrival at the border crossing between Macau and Zhuhai. The most practical crossings are Gongbei and Hengqing. You are advised to arrive relatively early and I suggest you to be at the border crossing at about 08:30. If you arrive there at that time, you will be granted a visa. If you arrive later than that, it is still possible to get a visa, but I cannot guarantee that.

To conclude, there are no separate places in Macau and Zhuhai for this particular visa because they can be only obtained right at the border crossing and even there on the side where the mainland Chinese authorities have their segment with the visa office attached to their entire facility.
