If you plan to obtain 5 days Shenzhen visa on arrival, this particular visa costs 130 CNY for all the citizenship and you should not have any doubts in this regard. Some other visas and here the most important one is a single, regular 30 days tourist visa on arrival is based on reciprocity and the price is based on applicant's citizenship.
