144 hour visa stay Russia-Beijing-Seoul-Shanghai-Russia

Hello, my route is Russia-Beijing-Seoul-Shanghai-Russia. I plan to stay in all 3 cities for 4-5 days. Am I eligible for 144 hour visa free transit?
