If I go to China and diagnosed myself f Hepatitis B as a student, would they deport me?

If I’m an international student in China and been diagnosed with Hepatitis B,would they deport me back to Sierra Leone?

No, China has no discrimination on Hepatitis B virus carriers. You will be asked to have medical examination when apply for the residence permit after entering China if you hold a X1 visa.
