Can i carry Milk tea (the ones that just need hot water to be prepared) premix powder to China.

I was thinking of carrying some milk tea premix (it contains: dairy whitener, tea extracts, sugar, maltodextrin and a few other preservatives). Also, it appears to be white-ish in colour.
