voa for filipino passport holder

Hello. I have a Philippine passport. Am I eligible to apply for VOA Shenzhen? I plan to visit Shenzhen from HK. What is the probability of my VOA application being rejected?

The Philippine passport holders had relatively poor rate of success when applying for a  Shenzhen VOA, but recent trends shows that such a situation has improved and that the chances have considerably improved. It is hard to predict what will happen with your application, but I would say that your chances are now quite good. I wish you luck.
