24 hours pass for UK passport

I want to take my daughter who only has a British passport to Shenzhen for a day trip. Can I get a 24 hours pass for her? Where can I get it and does it needs 3 days to process just like a normal VISA? Can she gets one quickly i.e. I want to take her to Shenzhen on Sunday?
