Can i ask ?I have a baby she born in israel and her father is Chinese citizen.And now she is handling Philippine passport because her father were not yet married. My question is she can apply again to have a Chinese passport ?Because we plan to live in china next year.

She can't apply for a Chinese passport. China does not recognize dual citizenship.
