About:Exhibition of Decorations and Artwork

Visa

Hi. We are UK citizens travelling from the UK to Bangkok with a 14hr layover during the day in Shanghai. Do we need a visa ? Will we be allowed out the airport for a while?

You don't need a visa and you can leave the airport for sightseeing as long as you get the 24-hour visa-free entry permit at the border inspection counter.
