Unfortunately, you are not allowed to do that. Simply speaking, there is no through train service from mainland China to Macau, but a train stops just a couple of hundred meters from Macau, in Zhuhai. Not to elaborate further, you should be aware that your by far the best and safest option is to take a ferry (TurboJet) from Shekou port in Shenzhen to Macau.

In order to use this option you will buy your ferry ticket in advance, even before you depart from Taipei through TurboJet website and print it out and at had, ready to be presented to Chinese authorities upon landing in Guangzhou. You are informed that you will have to use exactly that ferry you have bought your ticket for.

Also, I encourage you to use correct terminology because this is not 144 hours visa, but 144 hour visa free transit, so there is no visa of any kind.

Thanks a lot for your response.
How about to go from Guangzhou to Hong Kong by train?
Is possible to exit in that way with the 144 hours visa free?

Yes, this is an eligible way how you can leave/exit Guangdong province and enter Hong Kong. You should just have in mind that you will have to buy your train ticket in advance, even before you leave Taipei, because you will be asked for a proof of a confirmed train ticket. This is not a problem since you can buy this ticket in advance online. You should also be aware that you will have to take exactly that train you have bought your ticket for and presented to the relevant authorities as a mean of exit from Guangdong province.

You can take literally any train station from the area of Guangzhou that has a direct train connection with Hong Kong [West Kowloon] station in Hong Kong. Usually here we talk about Guangzhou East and Guangzhou South stations.

As I have already written, you will have to choose one departure any buy your ticket online in advance, before you leave Taipei. You will present your train ticket in electronic form to authorities upon your landing in Guangzhou. When you are done with your stay in Guangdong province area, you will just arrive at the station you have chosen and take a train you have bought your ticket for in advance. Here you will not encounter any formalities with the exception of those related to checking the ticket and similar.

Upon your arrival at Hong Kong [West Kowloon] station in Hong Kong, here you will encounter both mainland Chinese and Hong Kong authorities. In other words, you will first cross mainland Chinese exit authorities and just a short walk away there will be Hong Kong entry authorities. Mainland Chinese authorities will check if you really have taken a train you are supposed to take and will stamp your passport with exit stamp. Hong Kong authorities will just scan your passport and you will proceed through their customs and after that you will enter Hong Kong.

As you can see, both authorities will be under the same roof at Hong Kong [West Kowloon] train station in Hong Kong. I hope this was clear enough :)
