About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

China/Japan holiday

If i was to fly from London -> Beijing (3 days) -> Japan/Osaka (5 days) -> Tokyo (7 days) -> Shanghai (3 days) -> London, would that be eligible for the visa?
