Can I travel from Heihe to blagoveshchensk by ferry?

Hi i'm planning to travel to china, and from china to siberia by land around November or December 2025. Can I travel from Heihe to blagoveshchensk by ferry in the month of november or December? I heard the ferries have opened

It is open but in November and December as the river has drifting ice so the ferry may stop.
