Transit from HeiHe Airport to Blagoveshchensk (Russia)

Hi there,
Just wondering, I'll be travelling from Auckland (New Zealand) to HeiHe (China) by plane (transfers in Guangzhou & Harbin), then on a ferry to Blagoveshchensk (Russia). Do I need a visa for my itinerary at all?
Thank you.

If you stop in mainland China for less than 24 hours in total, you do not need one. Otherwise, you should apply for a transit G type in advance for that.
