About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

Russian going to Russia Blagoveschensk via china Hainan province do I have to get transit visa?

If one doesn't leave the airport transit area and will depart within 24 hours, no visa is needed.
If not, you can either apply for a China visa in advance or obtain a visa upon arrival at Haikou or Sanya airport.
