Yes, they can. Currently the price for a Shenzhen 5 days visa on arrival is 130 CNY for all the citizenship. This price applies for adults and children regardless of age. The best way to reach Shenzhen is to take the first morning ferry from Hong Kong to Shekou port in Shenzhen. After a visit to Shenzhen you can return back to Hong Kong by any border crossing and you can also take a high speed train.0
