VOA for Indonesia Passport

Can I apply for visa on arrival in Shenzhen if I am Indonesia passport holder and coming from Hong kong?
How much the VOA fee?

Yes, you can do it through three designated border crossings (Huanggang and Lo Wu overland and Shekou by sea). You should take care of the opening hours of visa offices at those border crossings. The fee is currently flat for all the citizenship and it is 130 CNY. Here I have to warn you that Indonesian citizens have somewhat mixed success in obtaining a Shenzhen VOA, so you should count on this detail.
