Ticket reservation for sights in & around Xi'an

Hi, I want to make ticket reservation using your service, because there's no English version on official homepage of sights of Xi'an on WeChat, so I can't read Chinese letters for ticket reservation.
If I order ticket reservations through you, Please let me know how it works. It seems that you send emails including tickets. Then what should I do? Just go to the ticket booth or office and show them your email?
