About:Hong Kong Octopus Card
Can I buy an On-Loan Octopus Card at the Hong Kong Airport?
I would like to because I will be taking the airport bus A11 to HK. How old would an 'Elder' be in order to take advantage of the discount? Does the discount apply to non HK residents? Please clarify.
