Hello!Is this also eligible for visa free 24hours? I wasn't sure when you say 'third country' here, if it's literal 3rd county I'm flying from Amsterdam->Shanghai->ManilaAnd then returning Manila_>Shanghai->Paris   Thank you

Yes, your both journeys are eligible for 24 hour visa free transit as long as they are not longer than 24 hours. Third country means that you are departing from the first country (Netherlands), make a transit through a second country (China) and depart to a third country that is different from the two mentioned and that is Philippines.
