If I travel to Shanghai stopping at a m s airport and then onto Shanghai stopping there for 144 hours and returning a m s airport then to London can I do it a visa free Thanks can you come back to me please

Unfortunately, your itinerary is not eligible for any kind of visa free transit scheme because your segment:Amsterdam - Shanghai - AmsterdamIs just a return trip and not a transit. The basic rule of 144 hour visa free transit says that the immediate points before and after your Chinese destination have to be in different country or eligible territory.
