Yes, you can apply and obtain a 3 days Zhuhai visa on arrival. You are advised to be at the border crossing, Gongbei or Jiuzhou in the morning hours. You will be granted a VOA, but you should be aware that a visa price is quite steep for US citizens (1,295 CNY) based on reciprocity. By the way, your passport is all you need to bring at the border crossing.0
