Five Year Visa for UK Citizen

I have had two previous 2 year L visas the last of which expired in November 2021. I will be applying for new five year visa later this year on a new passport. I have two questions.
1) What proof of the previous visas do I need to provide?
2) What is maximum duration for each visit on a five year L visa?
Thanks

You need to provide the previous China visas and previous passport.
The duration of each entry varies from 30-180 days case by case.
