About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

24hrs transit visa

I will be travelling from Manchester to Amsterdam to shanghai (15hr layover) then last stop seoul.
I know I can get a 24hr transit visa for this outward trip but I will have to travel back through shanghai on the return trip.

Would I be allowed a 2nd transit visa for the return trip?
