I hold swiss passport. Do I need a visa to visit Shanzhen for 4 days? If need, how?

Yes, you need a visa. You may apply for one from China Visa Application Service Centre in Switzerland.
FYI: If your travel itinerary is Country A - Shenzhen - Country B, you will be eligible for 144-hour visa-free transit. Or if you enter Shenzhen from HK, it's possible to apply for a visa on arrivial at the port.0
