chengdu airport :24, hour twov for turkish citizen

Dear Sir,Madam,I will travel from Istanbul to Melbourne via Chengdu Airport with Turkish passport.There is about 22 hours layover in Chengdu Airport.Am I eligible to apply to TWOW to leave the airport.I want to stay in a hotel in Chengdu. Because I couldn’t find any transit hotel in Chengdu Airport.Thanks.Kind regards,Henry

Yes, you are eligible for the 24-hour visa-free transit and you can apply for a temporary entry permit at the airport to get out of the airport for hotel check-in.
