Chengdu Airport :24, Hour TWOV for Turkish Citizen

Dear Sir,Madam,
I will travel from Istanbul to Melbourne via Chengdu Airport with Turkish passport.
There is about 22 hours layover in Chengdu Airport.
Am I eligible to apply to TWOW to leave the airport.
I want to stay in a hotel in Chengdu. Because I couldn’t find any transit hotel in Chengdu Airport.

Yes, you are eligible for the 24-hour visa-free transit and you can apply for a temporary entry permit at the airport to get out of the airport for hotel check-in.
