About:Visa on Arrival

Flight arrival at 22.30, VOA office hours until 17.00?

My flight to shenzhen airport arrived at 22.30. Can I apply for VOA at the time I arrive? Since the VOA office hours only till 17.00. I am holding Indonesian passport.

No, you cannot. It is only possible till the next day. What's more, Indonesian passport holders are likely to be rejected by the voa office so it is more suggested to obtain a Chinese visa in advance.
