About:Visa on Arrival

Can I fly out of Shenzhen with 5 day visa on arrival?

I want to spend few days in Hong Kong, then get 5 day visa on arrival to Shenzhen and spend few days there, can I fly out of China from Shenzhen airport with 5 day visa in arrival? And am I allowed to have a layover in Beijing (without the change of the airport) or not?

Taking a flight from Shenzhen, when staying there on 5 days VOA is permitted, but it is not allowed that a flight out of Shenzhen has a landing of any kind within mainland China. In other words, your plan is not possible because you would be denied boarding the flight from Shenzhen to Beijing when staying in Shenzhen on 5 days VOA. If you can find a flight that goes directly from Shenzhen to some other country, that would be fine. I'm sorry.
