About:Former Residence of Lu Shaoxu

For T visa extension

Im living in china since 2010 from start i was on L visa. After get q2 and until last September i was on q1 visa. The reson my visa category changed to T visa because PSB officers says my child went abroad to study and i have no reson to remain in china. I was married with Chinese women and she passed away in 2016. My chiled also Chinese national. Please guide me how i can renew my visa or i must leave china.

I'm afraid it is hard for you to apply for any visa extension now. You may leave China and apply for a new visa after your son returns to China.
