You can take Bus Line A22 from the airport to West Kowloon Station for a high speed train to Shenzhen North first. The bus fare costs about HKD 30 and the train costs around CNY 70. After that, take Metro Line 6 to Tongxinling and then transfer to Metro Line 3 to Laojie.
