About:Visa on Arrival

I am south african Who can I call to confrim if we can get a VOA

I am travelling and want to visit, who could I try call to see if its possible or do you know

Formally, South African citizens are eligible for 5 days Shenzhen VOA however since we do not have relevant feedback on the success rate of your citizenship, I am afraid that we cannot offer you a decisive answer in this regard. My suggestion would be that you obtain a Chinese visa in advance or to postpone your visit to Shenzhen at the time being. If you still plan to proceed with your visit to Shenzhen, then I advise you to take a ferry from Hong Kong to Shekou port in Shenzhen and to apply for a visa at Shekou visa office. Please, just have in mind the opening hours of Shekou visa office: 9:00 - 13:00 & 14:30 - 16:30.
