Canada - China (spending 240hrs in Beijing) - Hongkong - China (spending 240hrs in GuangZhou) - Australia - Canada

Yes, it is. But for the 2nd segment Hongkong - China (spending 240hrs in GuangZhou) - Australia, you cannot travel by high speed train, but ferry to Nansha Port in Guangzhou.
