30 days VISA Free access without tour agency

We are travelling with my Indonesia helper from Singapore direct flight to Hai kou without travel agency.
How do I register for 30days visa free access in advance and any costs involved?
What documents required apart from passport, work permit and hotel reservation details?

Generally, you don't need to register now. Just preparing your passport, return flight ticket and hotel reservations is enough.
