There will be no problems because she will write down (on the arrival card upon landing) that she will stay at exactly that hotel and you should also supply her with the name and address of the hotel. Basically, this is all that the Chinese immigration authorities require and they seldom ask for an actual proof of that statement. I would advise you to send her your hotel booking confirmation (that you have received in your email inbox) by email. She should print it out and have that printout with her, ready to be presented if asked. There it will be visible that regardless of your name, the room is for two persons. That will be enough even for most meticulous immigration official. You should not overthink the situation because it will be fine. Have a nice journey - both of you :)
