About:10-year China Visa for US and Canadian Citizens

Q2 Visa for former Chinese citizen

I was a Chinese citizen (now Canadian) and the visa application requires my old Chinese passport. However, I've lost my old Chinese passport and have no photocopy of it. What document can I provide instead?

I'm so sorry but it is better to confirm with the Chinese visa center about if other documents are valid.
