About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Layover in Pudong, Shanghai

Thai citizen with 18hr layover in Pudong from Osaka to Singapore. Can I exit airport to explore Shanghai city?

Generally, there is no problem. Just apply for a temporary entry permit at the 24/144 visa-free transit counter of the airport.
