About:Visa on Arrival

5 Day Shenzhen visa for Indonesian passport

Hi,
I'll be travelling with my family to Guangzhou, Hongkong and Shenzhen. I have Single Entry China Visa.
We plan to go to GZ using our Visa then to Hong Kong then to Shenzhen with 5 Days Shenzhen Visa.
Is it possible? Is Indonesian passport eligible to get 5 days Shenzhen Visa?

Formally and technically yes, but the practice and the outcomes show that currently the citizens of Indonesia have relatively poor rate of successful applications. However, since you have been granted a full Chinese visa that you will use for your travel to Guangzhou, I would say that your chances, after you exit mainland China to Hong Kong, are really extremely good regarding the granting of 5 days Shenzhen visa on arrival. If you proceed with your plan, then I suggest you to take a ferry from Hong Kong to Shekou port in Shenzhen where the success rate is very good. Just take care of Shekou visa office opening hours: 9:00 - 13:00 & 14:30 - 16:30.
