Can Indonesian passport get VOA

Hi, i have been rejected to enter Shenzhen by high speed train as i have no valid visa. But i read your blog, most of the countries are eligible to get 144 hours free visa in Shenzhen. Is there any selected port to enter ? I was already in the Hongkong station to Futian. Kindly looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you.

Generally, you can try to get VOA at Huanggang, Shekou and Luohu Ports but Indonesian passport holders are largely rejected by the customs. Good luck to you!
