About:Visa on Arrival

I'm from Vietnam, can I enter Shenzen from Hong Kong without Hong Kong visa?

I want to travel to Shenzen, I already have a China visa. Can I fly to Hong Kong airport and take the high-speed train to Shenzen? I'm worried that I cannot check out of Hong Kong airport because I don't have a Hong Kong visa.

Unfortunately, Vietnamese citizens need a visa to enter Hong Kong as you already know. In other words, you will not be able to use a train to reach Shenzhen without a Hong Kong visa.

Your only way to bypass Hong Kong visa is to take a ferry from Hong Kong Skypier that is connected with Hong Kong airport directly to Shekou port in Shenzhen. All you have to do now is to check whether your airline is participant in Skypier program. If your airlines participates in this program, you will book a ferry from Skypier and this will allow you to skip Hong Kong immigration and to proceed to the ferry without having anything to do with Hong Kong authorities.
